Blogette: Tofu and BYO metal chopsticks

My favorite Food? Sriracha. It’s possibly the best thing that’s ever happened to me. ⠀⠀

Public Service Announcement: If you haven’t tried tofu poke, DO IT. I used to eat salmon poke like crazy before I swapped to a plant-based diet, but I’m oh so very surprised at how well the alternatives taste. If you find the right restaurant, you’ll never go back. On another note, you see those metal chopsticks I’m holding? They’re one of my favorite zero-waste buys. Wood chopsticks are way better than plastic sporks and shit, but it’s still nice to avoid tossing them into the landfill if you don’t have access to a compost service. I just carry them along with my metal spoons, straws and forks, but there’s something about using chopsticks to eat rice that just genuinely makes my day. Probably because it forces me to eat slowly and enjoy that sriracha.
